I've created a bzr repository for my photo gallery scripts. This should make updating your installation as easy as bzr merge.

You can get a copy as follows:

bzr branch http://foodfight.org/download/photo

I've installed the tags plugin for PyBlosxom, and have started adding tags to my posts. I'm also considering adding them to my photo pages, but I'll have to come up with a sane way of doing this first. Currently I'm thinking of doing it with <dc:subject> tags in the XMP metadata, where I'm already storing license information and some "coverage"-info (thanks to the brilliant ExifTool) anyway.

After a year of planning, forgetting about it, planning again, considering it unnecessary, thinking how it could be done sanely and finally implementing it, my photo gallery now has an RSS feed.

(actually there's one for every directory, but most people will probably want the main index RSS, which will contain all new pictures that I'll add in the future).
